Since 1996, PACTE has carried out numerous programmes across its areas of action. Six references are being documented as a priority: Neighbourhood Councils of Ziguinchor, Neighbourhood Houses, sanitation and living conditions, health mutual insurance schemes, the PACTE-BNDE-CCIAZ entrepreneurial support, and the Bignona Innovation House.
